Error: Expected X-User-Info header error is displayed on PLAY tab
This issue could happen if your login session has expired. Please try the following:
Solution 1:
- Please close the YES app completely by swiping it off your device tray
- Launch the YES app again and tap on the PLAY tab to see if the issue has been resolved
Solution 2:
- Tap on the ACCOUNT tab and then Log out of your YES account
- Tap on the Login button and then log back into your YES account
- Tap on the PLAY tab to see if the issue has been resolved
